At The Sustainable Pivot, every object is handcrafted and produced in small batches. Because of the intentional and hands-on nature of our process, all pieces are currently offered as pre-orders while we produce our first collection.
We appreciate your patience as each object is thoughtfully created and prepared before it leaves the studio.
Pre-Orders
All orders placed through our website are pre-orders.
Pre-order items typically ship within 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase. This timeframe allows us to carefully produce, finish, and prepare each object before shipment.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that this production window reflects the handcrafted nature of our work and may vary slightly depending on production schedules.
Shipping & Handling
Each piece is carefully packaged to protect delicate ceramic objects during transit.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Once a package has been shipped, The Sustainable Pivot is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thesustainablepivot.com and include:
- Clear photographs of the damaged item
- Photos showing the item inside its original packaging
- Photos of the external shipping box and packing materials
This documentation allows us to determine whether the damage occurred during transit and helps us file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. The Sustainable Pivot is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
