At The Sustainable Pivot, every object is handcrafted and produced in small batches. Because each piece is created through an intentional and hands-on process, we encourage thoughtful purchasing and recommend reviewing product details, materials, and dimensions carefully before placing an order.

Each object is made to order as part of our small-batch production model.

Returns

Due to the made-to-order nature of our work, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind.

We appreciate your understanding as this policy allows us to maintain sustainable production practices and minimize waste.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We understand that occasionally an item may not align as expected.

Exchange or store credit requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis provided that:

  • The request is made within 5 days of delivery
  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is determined to be faulty.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item
  • Photos showing the item inside its original packaging
  • Photos of the external shipping box and packing materials

This documentation allows us to assess the issue and coordinate a replacement or appropriate resolution.
